If you are not satisfied with your product, need to change the size or simply changed your mind you can request a refund, exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Customers must apply for a return within 30 days of the delivery date of the product by filling out the form below. Your returned item must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tag still attached and in the original packaging. It must be free of makeup, dirt and animal hair.
For full price items, you may select from a refund, exchange or store credit. For sale items and items purchased with a discount code, you may only return them for store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you made a purchase that was eligible for free shipping and you want a refund, and the amount to be refunded is at least 90% of the original purchase value, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping charge from your refund amount ($8 for Australia, $15 for NZ and $20 for everywhere else).
Gift cards are non-refundable.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
HOW TO RETURN
Customers must fill out the form below within 30 days of receiving the item. We will notify you via email within 3 business days on the outcome of your request and instructions on how to return. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ensure you obtain a lodgment receipt for proof of sending.
Once the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn and in the same condition in which it was sent including with all the original tags still attached. If the item has been worn, is damaged or dirty, washed or altered in any way, we have the right to refuse a refund, exchange or store credit. If this is the case, we will send the item back to you. We may request that you pay the return shipping fee.
We make sure to check each product over before we send them out to customers. However, if you believe you have received a faulty product, you must contact us straight away.
